AAA Pros

Power Rink

Featuring a commercial grade synthetic ice rink, the Hockey House, home of AAA Pros Hockey Development provides the setting for an outstanding training experience where players receive the benefit of one-on-one training coupled with a unique training environment designed to enhance their performance. On synthetic ice players use the same equipment in terms of regular hockey skates, stick, and puck and synthetic ice does not have any climate restrictions meaning better ice time costs. The glide is slightly slower on synthetic ice when compared to traditional ice which leads to increased benefits for players. Pushing and carving edges on synthetic ice actually leads to increased strength so that when the player returns to traditional ice they will immediately notice an increase in explosive power and better edge control.

There are great benefits to team practice in terms of developing your teamwork and rapport, but when it comes to skills-specific training and drills how much time do you get to spend with the puck on your stick? How much of a team practice is spent waiting in line for the next drill? Some players find they’re only actively engaged up to 25% of the time during a regular practice. With one-on-one coaching by AAA Pros, one hour of practice time will mean the same training attention and work as 4 hours in a team practice. You will see an immediate increase in your skills and you will set yourself apart from the pack.

AAA Pros

Sniper Room

We all agree, the Sniper Room is a blast. Surrounded by legends, you and a bucket of 300 pucks and specialized nets to help develop those sniper shooting skills. Who could ask for more? We even have a radar gun for the hot shots in the room who want to beat their speed – but let’s talk accuracy too. Who said practicing can’t be fun? The truth is, in the Sniper Room it’s hard to stop once you get going. Pro Tip: We’ve known a hockey-inclined parent or two to bring in their stick too.
AAA Pros

Dryland Room

The Dryland Room is a space designed with building a player’s strength, conditioning, balance, and hand eye coordination in mind. We have the tools and equipment to help enhance your skills and to stand out from the rest. Get ready to bring it!

Skate Sharpening Zone

It is important when skating on synthetic ice that you sharpen your skates prior to going on regular ice – and we have you covered. We have skate sharpening on site. Make sure you select this add-on when booking your training session!
